A CALMING AND RELAXING BEDTIME BATH SALT
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 16oz of salt in warm bath water. Indulge yourself and soak for 30 minutes. Wash and rinse after soaking and feel refreshed & relaxed!
INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Chloride (Himalayan Sea Salt), *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pacific Sea Salt, Activated Charcoal, *Certified Organic Ingredients
Epsom Salt known as magnesium sulfate. Magnesium is essential for sleep and stress management. Relaxing in a hot bath with Epsom Salt may help soothe aching muscles, reduce pain and swelling.
Himalayan Sea Salt known as sodium chloride is a type of sea salt mined in the foothills of the Himalaya mountains in Pakistan. Himalayan salt is able to generate negative ions in the air, creating the type of calming effect many people experience on a saltwater beach.
